Creamy Rice Pudding

CREAMY RICE PUDDING

Mix: Serves about 10
4 C Milk
1 egg
Place in saucepan:
1 pkg. Vanilla COOK & SERVE pudding mix
Add:
Milk and egg mixture
1 C MINUTE RICE
¼ C Raisins (Optional)
Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into serving bowls
and sprinkle with:
¼ t Cinnamon
1/8 t Nutmeg
Place plastic wrap directly on pudding surface while cooling.
Serve warm or cold.
