Economical Meals

The next set of recipes are my economical meals that on the most part are also fast and easy. They may not be gourmet (well the gnocchi are but they are not fast) but we enjoy them. I would love for you to add your economical, fast and easy meals. These are the recipes I need to collect more than anything. So if you read this will you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add your fast meals.
