Beef Stroganoff—Jenn


1 lb steak, cut into strips

1 med onion, chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 c. sour cream

salt and pepper to taste

Brown steak, cook onions until translucent. Add soup and sour cream, if too thick add a little bit of water. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot rice or rotini noodles. Also good over baked potatoes.
